1) Who we are

This website, isleofdesire.com (the “Site”), is operated in the UK.

2) What this Site is (and isn’t)

• The Site is an information and application portal for adults (18+) interested in paid, consensual adult work with verified third-party studios/producers (“Clients”).
• The Site does not publish or stream pornographic content.
• If we move forward after your application, we will complete age/ID checks off-site using a secure process before any booking.

3) Acceptance of these terms

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit an application. I may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date will change. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the revised Terms.

4) Eligibility (18+ only)

You must be at least 18 to access or use the application form. I may ask for proof of age/identity and will decline/terminate use if there’s any doubt.

5) Your account & information

• You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information.
• Do not upload explicit images via the website. The application requires one clothed headshot only.
• Do not share anyone else’s personal data or images without their explicit permission.

6) How opportunities work

• The Site helps identify potential opportunities and start a conversation.
• If appropriate, I’ll propose a video call, then send a written offer (date, time, location, rate, usage, and any requirements).
• Any booking/participation will be documented in separate written terms (e.g., booking confirmation, consent/model release, usage licence). Those documents prevail over these Terms for the specific booking.

7) No fees to apply

I do not charge any application or listing fees. If anyone asks you for money claiming to be me, do not pay—email [admin@isleofdesire.com] to verify.

8) Not an employer; independent status

I am not your employer. If you accept a booking, you will work as self-employed (or through your own company, if applicable). You are responsible for your tax and National Insurance. Payment method and timing are confirmed in writing before you agree.

9) Safety, boundaries, consent

• We will agree a written “acts & limits” list before any filming.
• Consent is ongoing—if you say stop, we stop.
• You may bring a chaperone if the venue allows (tell me in advance).

10) Age/ID verification (off-site)

Before any booking, I will complete age and identity verification using a trusted provider. Do not email passport scans; I’ll send a secure link or process.

11) Privacy

My Privacy Notice explains what data I collect, why, and your rights. Please read it before you apply. By submitting the application, you acknowledge that you’ve read the Privacy Notice.

12) Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights.
• Upload explicit, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to hack, probe, scrape, or disrupt the Site or its services.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use automated tools to access the Site except for standard search-engine indexing.

I may suspend or block access if I believe these rules are breached.

13) Content & intellectual property

• Site content (text, design, logos) is owned by me or used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own information; all other rights are reserved.
• Your submissions: by sending a headshot or text in your application, you grant me a limited, revocable licence to store and review it for assessment and potential casting. Separate written permissions (e.g., model release) will apply to any filming/usage—this Site does not grant me publishing rights in your likeness.

14) Third-party links & services

The Site may link to third-party services (e.g., age/ID verification providers, video-call tools). I don’t control those services and am not responsible for their content or policies—please review their terms and privacy information.

15) Availability and changes

I try to keep the Site available and accurate, but I may modify, suspend, or withdraw the Site (or parts of it) without notice for maintenance, updates, or business reasons.

16) Disclaimers

• I provide the Site “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• I don’t guarantee that any application will result in a booking.
• Information on the Site is general information, not legal, medical, or financial advice.

17) Liability limit

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, I am not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss;
• Loss of profit, income, or opportunity;
• Losses not reasonably foreseeable when you started using the Site.
  To the extent permitted by law, my total aggregate liability relating to your use of the Site will not exceed £100.

18) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify me against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

19) Ending or suspending access

I may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Site at any time.

20) Complaints & reporting impersonation

• Complaints: email [admin@isleofdesire.com] with “Complaint” in the subject. I’ll acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to respond within 14 days.
• Impersonation or fraud: if you receive messages requesting money or ID outside my secure process, do not comply—forward them to [admin@isleofdesire.com] so I can verify.

21) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in the UK, you may bring legal proceedings in your local UK court. Otherwise, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

22) Other important terms

• Severability: if any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in force.
• No waiver: if I delay enforcing these Terms, I can still enforce them later.
• Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these Terms; I may assign my rights as part of a business transfer.
• Force majeure: I’m not responsible for failures caused by events beyond my reasonable control.
